Health Post in Pari Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency Sector 8 personnel sterilized public facilities and areas around Pari Island Health Post on Jalan Pendidikan RT 02/04, Pari Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency Sector 8 Head, Eko Mahendro mentioned, disinfectant spraying was carried out to follow up request from local residents because health workers who work at health post were exposed to COVID-19. Therefore, health post is closed temporarily from today to Sunday (1/24).

"In order to prevent COVID-19 transmission optimally, we will sterilize the area with disinfectant at night. Besides, it will not disturb the residents," he conveyed, Friday (1/22).

Residential Areas on Lancang Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

His side used 15 liters disinfectant and deployed 2 personnel to carry out disinfectant spraying.

"Disinfectant spraying will be started from the yard, its surrounding areas, facilities in the building, office, tools, patient examination rooms, waiting rooms, and restrooms," he explained.
